What you need to know
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live within the country. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across all our states/regions, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We ship our products from our local warehouse in Auburn, Sydney for Australian customers, from Wiri, Auckland for our NZ customers, from Tilbury, Essex for our UK customers, from Guilin for our Singapore customers and from Fort Worth, Texas for our U.S customers. We ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and securely to you.
All orders are shipped with first priority - tracked & traced Australia Post (Australian customers), NZ Post (NZ customers), Royal Mail (UK customers), EasyParcel (Singapore customers) and UPS (U.S customers), then passed over to your local courier service once the parcel arrives in your state/region.
Please note that shipping timeframes excludes public holidays, weekends and customs delays which is out of our courier services control.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: 1-2 days
We do our best to ship orders out the same day if ordered before 10am local time. Otherwise all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, and for orders placed over the weekend they will be processed first thing Monday morning.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our local Sydney, Auckland, Essex, Guilin and Texas warehouses to your location.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 – 7 business days (Australian customers), 5 – 7 business days (NZ customers), 3 - 6 business days (UK customers), 3 – 7 business days (Singapore customers) and 3 - 7 business days (U.S customers) to arrive at your destination but can take shorter or longer from time to time. This also depends on what state/region you are located in.
All packages deliver Monday - Saturday.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped. You can track your order on our website link 'Order Tracking'.
